We had visitors this weekend, when the Dutch came over to play.
Huub and Kim who had not visited the club before arrived Thursday
to play members from JDRTC with Lucie and Theo arriving Friday for more real tennis.
Matches started on Saturday with the Dutch of to a flying start finishing the day 5-1 up. Sunday after a couple of beverages the night before saw Jesmond with another match but couldn’t quite keep the momentum going, with the Dutch winning 6-2.
We also had a surprise visit from Saskia Bollerman who took Darcie on court, which made her weekend.
